Default turbo rsx problems

i started my car this morning. it was about 55 degrees so i had to wait a while for it to warm up. once i started driving it i noticed it was very rough and had little power. i thought it was a fuel problem but im not sure yet. it was running great last night but this morning it was messed up. any help would be great

How about including more than zero information on your setup.
How is it tuned?

Did u check the basic's like plugs, air way is clear, fuel is ok.

Maybe it was just to hot out and the car is too rich.

Take it for a drive and when it does that prob pull over take ur plugs out and read them. TOo rich or too lean

i found out the problem i bent a valve or two on one of the cylinders
compression checks out on all of them and the injectors are fine and so are the plugs which show that im running really rich.

How did you bend the valve? It just dosent happen?? How is a valve in a cylinder?
Also how is the compression ok if you have a bent valve??
Something smells fishy
