Default Turbo rebuild advice

My T3/T04e from a Drag 3 kit already needs a rebuild after one month(!!!)... can someone recommend a good place to send it for a rebuild? While it's there, what kind of mods can I do to help it spool quicker or flow better?

majestic turbo is good place most of the guys here use. You can go with a smaller exhaust trim to help spool the big turbo

I was driving to work back during the winter and noticed a huge plume of whitish smoke from my exhaust. It was too substantial to dismiss it as condensation, so I thought the head gasket was gone for sure... another weird thing was that car idled perfectly despite the thick smoke pouring out of the exhaust, which would get worse as I revved it.... but once i removed the head, to my surprise, everything looked peachy. Not one thing out of place or unusual. Gasket was perfect, cylinder walls were perfect, pistons were AOK.... When I inspected the turbo, there is a large amount of oil in the exhaust side, as well as in the downpipe... we're talking bl-drip-drip once i unbolted the downpipe from the exhaust. The charge pipes and the intercooler are dry. So... what could this have been?
