400whp since 40000km boosting 1.2 Bar, JE 9:1 pistons, eagle rods, Haltech e6k ECU and beating the **** out of it. check this. I made this setup at the end of the year 2000. Runs without major probelms since day 1. It was my daily driver but it was too dangerous to get hunted by the police, so it is a track only car now with roll cage, only 2 race buckets and slicks

My buddy just had a 2001 itr with cp pistons and eagle H-beam rods. He had an sc61 turbo and a crower valve train, Hondata S200 for tuning. Lemme tell you, that thing ripped! He had stock sleeves but it was bored to 81.50 (.020 over). Theres no need to sleeve your block unless ur making over 600ph. The stock sleeves can handle alot. So I'd say go for it, the B18C5 is an incredible motor for forced induction. It loves it. Go for it!

IT is illegal to make changes to the engine, also I have no cat. I run the turbo from DRAG III kit, so the IC pipeing and Intercooler. I boost 1.2 Bar (18psi)

You have no idea what you are talking about. Please leave.

I have seen 350whp on a stock motor B18C5, but if you want to be safe, build the block.

wel all thoug that sleves only could handle not far beyond the 400 whp .....range ... but I think we were wrong ... i have seen ppl here in honda tech that on build block they make anywere around 600 + whp on stock sleves .... THE KEY IS THE TUNING
as for an example

he was runnin like 5 psi on stock internals, but when he got his pistons and rods he was runnin around 10-15psi. Puttin down like 400+ to the wheels.

Stock sleeves are good up tp 600hp, you'd be fine not sleeving unless you want to make more power then that. Correct tuning is key, ofcourse.
