Default GT35e Dyno on B18c1, low & high boost, Stock Sleeves

Low boost: 14psi, i think the up and down was due to the pick up missing a little, datalogs show a smooth upward motion, who knows

datalog of everything, no clue why it doesn't show me goign to 9300 like the dyno did. maybe i misnamed one.

High boost: 20-18psi or so, the dyno ended up breaking after run 3, so we couldn't get an RPM pickup.

datalog, you can see the map value going up and down as the AVCR was hunting around.

so 393/270 on my pump gas setting and 480 on my high boost setting. The new CTR cams are doing good, but i need to dial out some overlap. But i should have my 500whp pretty soon. But i went to clemons so no one could say they weren't real numbers.

setup:
b18c1 overbored .20
Endyn Rollerwave pistons 9.2:1
Eagle Rods
Supertech Valves/springs/retainers
CTR cams/skunk2 cam gears at 0,0
Autolab Topmount Turbokit
GT35e, .63ar
Precision 1000cc injectors
Hondata s200 tuned by myself.
AVCR

my big question, datalogs show 15.5 degrees of timing on the high boost, romeditor shows 17.5. I matched up the distributor to the timing maps at 16 degrees, so why is it off 2 degrees?

random pics of car

my times are a little down for the year. last year best 1/8th was 7.54@96, this year 7.65@99 or something. i ran 11.75@117 last year, so i shoudl be at teh 1/4 in a few weeks to see what it does now.

PM autolab on here for info on that. I was the first to get it, so we worked out a mild deal. so i don't want to tell you one number and you get told another.

either way, i love the top mount, plus i have a filter

I had Lovefab SST with 4" downpipe and 4" exhaust till my car got jacked. Now if I ever do a turbo car, I will probably go with top mount manifod.

i thought of going with a 4in downpipe, but figured i had a 3in thermal, so might as well just stay 3in all the way .

FYI my goals were:
1. 400whp on pump gas (7whp away, as i had a mix of 93 & c16)
2. 500whp on race gas (20whp away)
3. run 10s.

oh yeah, that's a skunk2 intake manifold, that has the runenrs port matched to the head. with a 68mm trottlebody. I guess i'm one of the few that hasn't jumped on the JG intake manifold yet.

it picks up pretty nicely. makes me wonder what it would do on true high boost, but then again, my stock sleeves probably wouldn't like 28psi.

what engine is that one? i thought the spool of it wasn't that bad really, although i do have vtec set at 4700 so that does help get it going.

Very nice this gives me much hope. I have a very similar setup with the T4 version of the GT35e. Crank the boost up!

i'm still a poo-c. as I keep hearing, seen4ever you have eagle rods, you have stock sleeves, you are reving to 9500rpms. although without the fluidamper i would never rev that high, but something that just gives me fears of turning up the boost more.

i did notice this, anyone ever have teh alternator belt flip on them? I opened the hood yesterday to find where my new oil leak came from, i thought it was the oil return line, as i had a puddle after i left the dyno. so i noticed that my alternator belt has flipped over, grooves pointing up, and was cutting into the timing cover. So i need to check to ensure the t-belt hasn't been cut any. Also need to find the source of my oil leak, as the return is fine, but the fitting on my moroso is covered iwth oil as is the lower mount. looks liek the new cams, are leaking around the t-belt cam seal is my guess. i'll have to pul lthe covers off.

but the alternator betl thing i found was strange.

So much power that your alternator belt did a back flip and landed it. Good luck with the setup though. Im sure that is plenty of power to get used to for now.
