here is my situation. i bought dsm injectors to use in my b16 crx. when attempting to install them i was unaware that the seals needed to be bored to fit the injectors. in my overly excited effort to shove them in anyway i broke one of the pintle caps. i know i can get the caps but i started thinking. my original injectors don't have caps on them, so should i remove the caps from the rest of the injectors? i thought it was a bad idea to change the spray pattern from one type to another. has anyone else installed the dsm injectors without the caps? what are the pros/cons to installing the injectos with/without the caps?
