Default Turbo question...

I'm looking to get the GREDDY turbo kit that they make for my 92 Civic SI. The question is...Should I get new internals on my d16z6 before I put the turbo on? Like pistons, valves and springs, etc. Or would stock internals be ok? If I can put it on stock internals, what psi should I have it at? What if I want higher psi? Thanks!

Stock internals would be good for 8-9 psi intercooled. However, if you have the money i would recommend building the motor. I have a boosted D16Z6 with JE forged pistons and eagle H-beam rods and i can run upwards of 15 psi easily. Its your call bro...
