Default Turbo Q's

I have a peakboost turbo kit with rc 750cc injectors, 255 lph fuel pump, and gonna run hondata. I'm wondering how much boost I could squeeze outta my stock gsr internals and I know that I'm going to need a better head gasket so are there any suggestions on what kind and the thickness?

you really should search or put your flame suit on, its not about psi its about power, stock block b-series is good for about 250-275 whp at whatever boost it takes to get there... headgasket will not help.

Depends how lucky you feel. If you wanna run 20 pounds do it then let us know how it works out Realistically on the peakboost kit 8-10 pounds should be safe and make good power 300plus whp

I had planned on running 10 psi but just wanted to see if anybody found that to be unsafe. Peakboost website claims to give you 349 to the wheels on 9.5lbs. of boost. Wasn't sure if it was safe to run that much... Granted I know I'm new to the forum and everything but I've been doing my research. I know that I'm gonna blow a head gasket so I'm looking for someone to give me a suggestion for a brand and thickness.

the majority of the parts you listed aren't going to help anyone determine the power you're capable of....the potential is in the setup (the Peakboost Kit)

I would check compression of the motor. If it's good, and your motor seems to be very sound, then boost to 300whp goal, if the compression is not so good, then set your goals to like 250whp (which will be easy on that kit)

I'd also get a new oil pump, waterpump, spark plugs, timing belt..etc. Just about every aux. part that goes on a motor-- I would replace. This way you can have better peace of mind PLUS, you can always reuse alot of these parts in the future might you rebuild the motor one day.

Good luck.
