OK i have a 95 civic coupe with a 96 gsr ,t3t4 garrett turbo, hondata.It was tuned in cali. The problem im having when it spools it struggles after 6,500 to get power. I just recently moved to texas where theres a lot of humudity i dont know if the weather is affecting it ,or also when it was tuned it would spool at 5,300 rpm the reason for so high is because the waiste gate was always open didnt have the valve seal im not to sure if thats what they call it( its a silver ring) I put that ring on so now it spools up at 3,700 rpm maybe im having this problem because it wasnt tuned for 5,300 rpm. Any input would be great
