which turbo to pick

which turbo to pick
My question is on a sleeved built b16 shooting for 430 hp, which turbo would u pick. The choices are a t3 60-1 or a precision sc61. BTW my compression is 9-8:1 and the car will be tuned on hondata if that helps at all.
