i got a 92-95 civic chassis. where can i buy the intercooler pipiing at? also do i want it aluminum or steal cause i've seen both? i was going to go 2.5 through out the system but one of my buddies said go with 3inch after the intercooler? is there any logic to this.
i know the air gets more dense after the intercooler.

Also i have to buy a BOV soon. what type should i get?

What are your power goals? You will be fine with 2.5 all the way through unless you are going for lots of power.
Aluminum is nice, and nice and expensive. Steel is cheaper, but you have to paint it so it doesn't it rust. I used just regular old mild steel and painted with high heat paint. Working great.

BOV is a more personal choice. I hate the HKS. The XS RFL is really loud.....sounds cool but damn is it loud. I took a ride in my friends 20psi Starion with that BOV and it hurt my ears.
What ever you get you have to live with it every shift.
