Turbo oil supply..?
Hey guys, this may sound really stupid but i was thinking, When using a turbo, could you fill the oil housing with oil then run a line from the inlet to the outlet side, thus making a path for the oil to cycle through. Is this just stupid or would it work. Ups and Downs???

Yeah, the oil would break down rather quickly if it wasn't being cycled through the turbo.

Re: (EJ1 wilcox)
It needs oil to cool it down, cyling theoil through will cool it down. Leaving it in there will cake it up in no time. Now, if you have a pump and cooling system, it may work, but that will be a whole lot of headaches.
