Default Turbo-Oil Problem, Need Your Input

OK, here is the deal, please offer some of your suggestive input to see if I missed something.
98 GSR - Drag Kit 50K on turbo, Hondata Tuned, 80K miles on chassis, 20K on stock rebuild

While driving, sometimes while at idle for extended periods of time, there is smoke in the exhaust....if I turn on A/C, it gets worse.
While cruising it is gone.
At WOT-High Cam, it billows smoke out!

Valve Cover Breather tube is dripping oil, and saturating itself.

Now I changed PCV to see if that helps the blow by.
Compression checks in at 195, 195, 195, 190
CLT checks in at: 92, 94, 95, 92
Spark plugs look great!
I checked the intake plumbing, and it is clean as a whistle.
I have not checked exhaust YET.

The only thing I can put my finger on is Turbo seal on exhaust side.

Does anyone else have any input? Am I missing something here, or do I need to face the fact that my turbo needs rebuilt?

Thanks for your advice!

Why would the valve cover breather be dripping oil if the exhaust side of the turbo seals were gone?

Positive Crankcase Ventilation - that is why I changed the PCV valve.
Chassis has 80K on the clock, and on the original PCV valve still.
