TURBO NOT CLOCKING!
First make sure all the bolts are loose. Sometimes it takes a little to bust it free. I've put a small pipe in the outlet sometimes to get some leverage and turn it. Be a man and dominate it

wont help, i had the same problem, you need a torch. heat it up for 5 min. and tap it with a rubber mallet and i am sure it will work

soaking it does help. heat helps more and a big pry bar the most. I made a tool type thing that is basicly a 4 foot pipe with a flat piece of 1/4" flat stock welded to the side of one end of the pipe. I drilled holes in the plate and bolted it to the oil drain flange. You just put the turbine housing in a vice, loosen the clamps and the pull as hard as you can while a friend hits the pipe with a hammer in the same direction. works like a charm
