Default turbo my ex

i was thinking of turboing my d series until i manage to get the money to do a swap....do you think I would be straight to run 5 or 6 psi on the well mantained d16y8 in my ex.....it's a 97 and has 212k but was owned by a honda tech before me and i've babied it since i bought it a few months back....motor is bone stock....what do ya think?

why not put that money aside for a swap? You would be that much closer to swapping in a better powerplant to spend your money on.

boost that badboy, do a leak down test first to make sure its healthy. Yeah he could do a swap, but if he does it right a budget turbo d will wax pretty much any stock b-series swap or even bolt on swap. cant argue with 200whp and 175-185 wtq+
