92-LS-Civic

My friend with a 92 civic HB-T has a cast iron manifold. It looks like crap. My Friend with a 95 Integra with a SSAC Equal Length Header. looks pretty bad ***. My question is, Which is better overall. I know some of you are automatically going to say, SSAC is **** but i cant afford LovFab, so this is what i can afford. thanks

if you are on a tight budget, get a cast manifold, and save your $$

its not so much a tight budget, cast is like under 100, and a SSAC i can get one for i believe 175 with some extras, like DP or DT. not sure though. I am trying to figure out which better flowing, maybe faster spool.thanks
