Default turbo manifold

im looking for a turbo exhaust manifold for a b16 that is ac compatiable. right now my turbo setup consists of the greddy turbo kit. with the td05 18g turbo. im ditching that kit for a garrett gt28rs turbo (chose this because of the fast spooling and would like to keep my setup internal wastegate). im trying to find a place that sells a turbo exhaust manfold for this turbo that is ac compatable. i checked out inline pro but really didnt find nothing. and one more question. the gt28rs turbo does that call for a t3 style exhaust flange.
any help i would appreciate it. dont know to much about turbos just started getting into them.

The garrett turbo you are wanting to use is a t28. You can buy one from Eldebrock it will work and you will be able to keep you ac. Also the greddy manifold on the kit you have will also work. I am usesing the eldebrock mainfold on a greddy 18g turbo so I know it will work.

The GT28RS is not the same turbocharger as the T28 that is used in the Edlebrock kit. The GT28RS will fit both in a T3 configuration and a T25 flanged configuration. Since you are staying internally gated, you would need to keep the T25 flanged system. The drain system from your GReddy kit needs to be altered a bit, as it is different. Even your GReddy manifold is more effective.

You do realize in your quest for more power, that the 18G is a bit bigger than the GT2860RS Disco potato, using only an ever so slightly larger turbine wheel, correct? I'm assuming that your quest for more power is the motive behind changing turbochargers? If that is the case, the GT3071R is a much better option that what you're going to .

Here's the size comparison

GReddy 18G

Compressor

Inducer 50.5mm
Exducer 68mm

Turbine
Wheel diameter - 56mm
Inducer - 49mm
