Default turbo managment?

im going to turbo my d15 engine very soon, i have everything sorted except the fuel managment side of things, i've not got a big budget so what options are available? i live in the UK (SCOTLAND) so if anyone knows tuners here that would be helpful.

Your best bet is going to be a single cable easy to use ems such as neptune, hondata s300 or eCtune when it comes out.
