Default GSR bearings att T1 Mase etc

im building a boosted gsr and got these bearings straight from hoda ever seen this>>>

Not for a GSR... Mispack maybe?

I'd take them back.

already checked multiple others that i had in stock. all the p72's look like that, not sure if something was changed by Honda or not, but every gsr rod bearing i have looks like this.

yea some are telling thats how they are and others say nope not right lol

They sure as hell didn't look like that when I bought GSR bearings a few years ago.

The gsr bearings are different then b16 bearings.. Those look the same as the ones that I got from honda a long time ago.. They have some special coating on them that makes them different from other honda bearings!

special coatings are always good.

Thats seems to be what it is though, just make sure they fit correctly and i think ull be good.Honda seems to know what theyre doing, u know?

The ones I got for for a GSR motor are dark, but not that dark. Mine were more dark gray.... interesting.

i dont see the problem? it looks like a gsr rod bearing.

the coloring. looks like a scratch but its as smooth as can be

You sure it is just not a lack of coating and just the raw metal you see?

Honda has two brands of bearings.... Not sure if there different in color.

they are gsr/ type r bearings. special moly coating. dont rub them off.

it's an OEM GSR bearing.
have you ever seen an OEM GSR bearing before???

make sure your engine is built correctly...
