Default turbo ls/vtec

right now im buildin my ls/vtec and i wanna kno what are your thoughts about turbochargin it? is it a good setup to turbo or should i stay away from it? thanks alot guys

i love ls/vtec turbo

this one makes over 800 to the tires.



this one hasnt run yet(well the engine has been in differant cars, but never ran in this car YET)



this one made 450 on pumpgas

ls vtec is the way to go. i have forged internals in my ls vtec turbo ek hatch stock sleeves pushing 240whp 6psi

Anyone one here have luck with a LS VTEC with stock bottom end?
I know it wint do 500whp, but is it as reliable as say a GSR? Revving accordingly of course.

The problem w/ lsv turbo is that eveytime you hit vtec/boost you get whiplash. .. Really nothing you can do about it.. but other then that its decent

-yeah, its a great thing to boost. but like with every turbo setup make sure you do your homework

what do you mean whiplash. you mean slams you back on the seats when vtec kicks in. Mines do that
