My boy has a similar setup exept he has a stock head. Hes running an t3/SC61 and he put down 417whp and 340tq and ran a 12.9 at 114mph on pump gas and shitty *** street tires in a 95 coupe with AC and full interior. I think the SC61 is really nice on this setup and it pulls like a mother when it hits full boost. Ne ways if u want a tial BOV its gonna be a 50mm BOV and i think the tial 38mm or 40mm wastegate would be good for u. The walboro 255 fuel pump should do the job and injectors i would get maybe like 720cc or 780cc just so u have a little room for upgrade and itll be plenty for u if u want 350hp. Hope this might help u some.

Depends on your goals........ In my experience, If your only going for 350 then you would want the best daily driving turbo you can get. I would go for something along the lines of a basic t3/t4 or sc34. That would get you the power you want and would have in my eyes the best overall driveabilty.

well do you want something with quick spool or something that gives you a little lag so its easier when just driving around normal? Whats your price range?

Injectors: 550 will be just fine for 350whp. But I would get like 650-750's for room to spare.
Wastegate: A 40mm Tial will do.
BOV: Not sure
Fuel Pump: Walboro 255
Springs & Retainers: Definitely replace....Skunk 2, Crower, its up to you
Turbo: A T3/T4 would be plenty
Cams: I hear stock GSR cams are good, I have the skunk 2 turbo cams and like them. It's your choice.

I'm running 375whp on a T3/T4 .57 with 550cc's @ 78% duty cycle....click this link and scroll to the bottom. You can see dyno curves and a list of all the parts that are on the car..... http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/785908

with no cat and my 3" downpipe, I start spooling the T3/T4 .57 around 3200rpms. Hit full boost around 4000-4200.

I run a straight LS in my car with a built bottom end (8.7:1CR) and the head is stock with the exception of cams... I am running an SC61S with the .63 ar 4 bolt housing, and t350 stage 5 wheel... My car sees full boost (about 20psi) by 4600 rpm..... I love my SC61

this is what i am running. the sc34 will also be good. you shouldnt need any more turbo than these two to achieve your goals.

dont forget to get an aftermarket intake manifold, especially if u are doing cams so that they can breathe a lil better. i was too broke to go aftermarket so i fabbed a shorter runner b16 manifold to my ls.

you can do 350whp on 550's, but since you have a worked motor, im sure you will want more soon. its better to get the injectors a lil bigger now.

also i think the jrc intercoolers are only good for 350ish, and as i said before it might be a better idea to overplan now and give room to expand later
