Turbo LS needs to be faster!!!! HELP!!!!
I have a turbo ls with a stock motor.
Mods include:
AEM fuel rail
Greddy catback exhaust
ACT clutch
Fluidyne Radiator (Car still overheats)
I don't really want to build the internals, but what can I do to run low 13's possibly high 12's. Please help!!!

run more boost! bigger injectors and better fuel management.. or get your set up more efficient by adding a 3" exhaust, better intake manifold.. What turbo kit do u have? maybe you need a bigger turbo..
I have a garret BB t3/t4 (water cooled) with a kiwi fabrications stainless steel manifold ($1300) an HKS wastegate, spearco fmic, intank and inline fuel pump. I want to go to RC 370cc (would I need a fuel controller, or go with 310cc) as well as AEM fuel pressure regulator. I am currently running 10psi and hitting mid 13's, I have friends on 6-7psi hitting the same.
at least 440-550cc injectors, Hondata 2b (or 3b or 4b, depending on preference and size of pocket), 3" exhaust setup all the way through, good tires and tuned.
I'd say 12s would be easy to hit with this setup....running about 12 psi, and as much as about 1 BAR with stock internals.

Id figure out why ur car is overheating before turning up the boost.

dude, first set realistic goals... second if your running a turbo with stock internals
dont turn the boost up over 5-6lbs unless you intend to replace those internals real
soon. Your factory motor can only do so much before your wallet starts to loose weight.... My opinion keep the turbo set-up all of it necessary support equipment
and set your cars physical appearance back to stock... You can have a kick ***
sleeper that can shock the heck out of any base model Gt stang, and pass luxury
cruisers on the higway with authority.... makem think twice about cutting an integra off in the passing lane... go fast .. be safe... hfderrick

Damn, running 10 psi on your fuel setup is just asking for something to melt. you need to better your fuel system, and probebly your suspension too. I ran a mid 13 with my street setup and only 7 pounds of boost. But i'd take it easy until you figure out why your overheating. have you done a leakdown test or even a compression test recently?

I did a compression test, turned out fine. i think its a blown headgasket, and am going to get an fmax gasket that lowers compression 1 full pt. Also, my suspension is fully built, used to do autox
okay first of all your head is lifting when you hit boost, that is the over heating problem. If i was you i would get a stock head gasket from the dealer. Then i would get a set of SRP pistons 9:0:1 compression and a set of eagle rods, 440's are to big to idle even with a afc. I use 370's and can push 17 pounds safely. The key is to have a solid fuel set up and you wont break anything and go fast. If you have any questions let me know, good luck.

How much to get some 9:1 pistons and rods and do all of the work for a pretty good setup. Also, will I need an safc with 370cc injectors?

dont get a SAFC/VAFC. get hondata. you will eliminate that and some other devices you have, and it's engine management for a good price.
