I have a Precision SC34 turbo on an inline pro manifold. When I drive, I can hear an exhaust leak, sounds like a rattle snake kind of. Anyway, I popped open the hood at startup, I can see a small amount of exhaust leaking out of the turbo. Upon the startup, it looks like there was condensation around the bolt. Sorry if this picture is bad but how does it leak through there?

The picture is horrible but its an allen bolt that you can barely see in the picture.
