Turbo kit from London?

Turbo kit from London?
I need help in deciding if I should buy a turbo kit from a guy in london, he says that the kit is used and it is only a $1000 w/intercoller. It feels to good to be true, and I asked the guy if he can do escrow account( the one that holds your money until you r sure you got the right thing). He told me that he could not do that because he had a contract with western union. The latest email I got said that I should send $500 right now and $500 later when I get the kit. Let me know, my gut tells me its a scam but my brain wants to believe it. Some help would be appreciated? Thank you

If it sounds too good to be true....
if he won't accept escrow payments, don't do it! contract with western union my ***.. I think I could come up with a better excuse than that.

Alright I figured it out. the guy wont accept paypal. nor will he accept escrow account and plus he told me that this was the first time he had posted the turbo on ebay. I know that is wrong because, I have seen the turbo on there before.
