what is the best turbo kit for the money... looking for 400whp.

the lack of pics makes me wonder....also, the price is too low for what is supposedly included. I personally wouldn't touch it

Ok heres the deal... i traded my 94 GSR for my s10... i always wanted a gsr now i want it turboed..... go figure..... the car was turboed before... so its got 3 inch exhaust no cat.... Intercooler.... blitz bov.... turbo xs boost controller... turbo manifold dont know what kind... looks cheap.. stage 4 exedy clutch... its a b18C motor that smokes like a freight train when i hammer on it... so i plan on building it up... got some eagle H beams... so far.... I need some ideas for my goal... 400whp streetable.... what else will i need if i get SLS shorty ramhorn and STC Silver Surfer combo.......
I also have another motor its a b18C1 rods and pistons are no good...the head is missing a valve and needs cams anyone interested....?
