turbo installed, car wont start
I just put a turbo on my 91 civic with b16. I converted it to obd1 in the process, so there is too many questions and not enough solutions to trouble shoot. I bought an obd0-1 jumper, chipped p28, and a obd1 dizzy that was coverted to obd0 plugs.
It turns over fine...i smell gas, but it wont fire. I'm gonna go check for spark now. I'm afraid that maybe i got a bum distributor but i just wanted to make sure there wasnt anything else i was overlooking. Charge pipes arent hooked up, theres no o2 sensor, no downpipe. NOne of this which would affect the car starting.
Anything else i should look ?

Re: turbo installed, car wont start (93supercoupe)
so it can only go in one way and CANT be 180 off, correct?
I bought the dizzy for someobyd who bought it from somebody else, and it came as is.
I guess the next step would be to look at the wiring, think i should switch the two white wires to start with?

mos def. After that, make sure there is no play in the rotor, all connections to coil are secure, and make sure it has the spring with the little end on the inside center of the cap.
If u have another OBD-1 coil chillin, then toss it in and see if thats it,

I dont think it can be, seemd to only go on one way.
obd0 **** still works, what would prevent me from getting a downpipe made, and just running like stock again, except with a turbo on the car
