ok so im buying a t25 (2g eclipse) turbo from a guy i somewhat know. i know he is not going to lie and screw me over, but what things should i look for when inspecting the turbo to seeif its worth buying?

 

Excessive shaft play. You won't be able to do a precise inspection since the tolerances are measured in thousanths of an inch, but you can make sure the blades don't touch the housing. Also, check the housing to see if there are any indications of the blades contacting them.
