Default Turbo engine managment

I know these questions suck but please try and help me out.
So I'm putting together a turbo kit for a first gen b16. Parts I'm using for sure are a small mitsu turbo and side mount intercooler. I'm planning on running 5-7 pounds of boost. I have a msd external coil and wires but I don't want to spend the cash on a BTM. My problem is that I don't know what to use for fuel management. I know the rising rate fmu and fuel pump combo is popular but I don't like the idea of not being able to tune any thing. So I was considering dsm 450cc injectors, a vafc and an aem fpr which refrences boost at 1:1 ratio. Would this be enough, Any suggestions would be great.
Of course I want to keep the cost down and I don't mind tuneing it my self
thanks guys.

honestly you could try 450s but that turbo is so small there really is not going to be that much to tune
