Default turbo efficiency vs. extra bolt ons???

if the gt28rs can deliver max 350hp on a honda at x psi, will adding extra bolt ons such as a ported intake manifold and turbo cams and other deliver more hp at the same psi???

or everything will depend on how much the turbo will breathe???

so technically, when garrett says the x turbo can handle xxx hp, by adding bolt ons you can actually go above than what was stated to be max power by the turbo???

that is the power the turbo is rated at....which basically means that is the top of its efficiency range...the turbo can still make more power than that generally...
