Default Turbo D16

I'm looking to get around 205whp out of my d16 set up. The turbo is Greddy's TD04H, 6" JRC intercooler, port and polished head milled .030, will have a 3inch thermal cat back, all the necessary piping and components as well in the greddy kit. I'll be using the Emanage unit instead of a stand alone fuel managment, so I was also wondering if that will restrict my ability to efficiently boost above 8psi??? I've been looking around at peoples 1/4 mile times, dyno numbers, to see what kind of set ups they have to reach these numbers. I work on GM cars all day, so when it comes to boost and the fuel management needed, I'm kinda lost. Any info on peoples set ups would be awesome. Thanks

get a better fuel management, like a stand alone one and get bigger injectors if your goal is higher whp. I wouldn't trust a emanage for more then 8psi, but some people have taken it past that buts its really risky.

e-manage is a pretty good tool ... And you made nice choice for engine power, that's what I'm shooting for .. good luck with yours, I'm still waiting for my components - 6" JRC and GReddy 15G ...

but you'll need at least bigger injectors and a fuel pump later if keep going higher

I was probably going to go that route for the bigger injectors and fuel pump, even with just emanage. I really don't need more than 200whp as a sleeper daily driver, along with that occasional beat run home from work. Glad to hear the responses. thanks for the info.

im running emenage with rsx-s injectors on my D17 SOHC and it's holding fine. puts 190whp on a 11:1 A/F so theres still room for improvement.
