Default my first sony, uhhhhhhh turbo set up

hi guys
im johan from holland and ive surfed this site a couple of times looking for turbo info.
im thinking of building a custom low boost turbo setup. just to get a feel for it and to gain some experiance in that field. i got a 96 prelude with a f20a engine and not mutch cash at hand at the moment. (just bought a house)
i was thinking about buying a new manifold and my turbo from a japanese salvage yard nearby. weld my own downpipe and get a intercooler with pipes.
if i run this at 6 to 7 psi boost, do i need to change my fuel system? bigger nozzles or fuel rail, pressure?
do i need to locate the lambda sonde in the new downpipe or doesnt a lambda sonde work with a turbo?

any other pointers would be great. thx.

ps i know i probably overlooked a lot, so please help me.

use that bright red search buttom at the corner of every pg on this site. and yes ur gonna need injectors to make it somewhat worth it, fuel rail isn't nessary for what your looking to do...
