Default turbo build?

im looking into building a turbo kit or buying a turbo kit if it comes down to it.
i wanted to see if any one had a check list of what is needed for a turbo kit + intercooler
setup. and with that which parts would be the best(turbo, waste gate,......)?
i have a jdm b16a second gen in a 95 integra.(do i need to get the turbo kit for the engine and intercooler for the car?)
i have a idea of what is needed but want to make sure everything is there?

- turbo
- manifold
- down pipe
- piping
- blow off vale
- intercooler
- wastegate

*i know i also need hoses,oil lines,clamps
*is there any site that you can buy pieces of a turbo kit?
-just some questions i wanted to see if anyone can help me with

-another random question what color rims would look good on a red teg? (i was thinking about black or white?)

How much money do you have to spend? What kind of power are you looking for? Usually you will match your turbo to your hp goals. You can pretty much make any intercooler fit with some cutting and yes, you usually buy the piping specific to the car and the placement of the turbo.

where are you located at?
what type of turbo did you put together?
im looking for a good power gain put not something to powerful for a daily driver.
working on the cash right now. not sure nothing to pricey but i want something good not something that will break every couple of miles.
250-300? not sure though (but have potential to go bigger/better in the future)
