Default need help on selection of turbo

well i was wondering which turbo would be good or streetable, my goals arent that high maybe around 300-350 hp daily driven about 8-10psi,
my GSR block is built
-eagle rods
-je 9:1 pistons
-82 mm bore tigged in block guard
head
-supertech black nitrite valves standard size
-supertech dual valve springs retainers
i was looking at these turbos here http://www.rcautoworks.com/ind...7ae5c
theres different SC trims jus wondering which one could suite me best and be within my goals the price isnt to bad either, im lookin for full boost around 4k-5k revl imit is going to be stock 8500....well any suggestions on other turbos would be helpful i mean this isnt the only turbos i have in mind but my budget is around 500-800 tops some of you will say save up another 400 and get a GT35R but i dont think my block can handle i made a mistake to bore it to 82mm on STOCK SLEEVES i might jus end up buying a cheap gsr block from my friend and sending it to MFDOOM and sleeving it

I would suggest something like what i have...a GT3255e would work nicely...as would a 57 trim or SC34

That's some of the worst advice i've heard in a while....DO NOT EVER suggest Ebay **** to anyone. Its garbage and it has proven itself as such time and time again

Ok i got a t3/t4 Infinity turbo off eBay and now i had it on since may and it runs great no problem. I think i putting down 180-200whp at 5psi no oil in the chargepipe i was doing some wiring cuz i had it converted to obd1 like a week ago i checked the pipes and they were dry as fauk no oil at all and i am planning on to have it tunned for about 15psi obd1 chipped p28. If u do the oil resistor and get the right size i doubt your ebay or any turbo would go bad they mostly go bad cuz of the seals and that has to do with if u got the right oil pressure. I made my own oil resistor and it works great I paid 250 shipped and it is internal waste gate. not bad turbo at all. I would like to have a garrett or a precision or so but i don't have cash to buy a 700$ turbo when the one i have now works great. I am not suggesting this turbo for u but am saying it works great for me.
And after 5months there is no shaft play or oil burning oh and the INFINITY company gave me 1 year warranty on it so if it would i could get another one. So it defently worth the 250 Ha.

Seeing as the OP has a decent budget, i would never recommend getting something from Ebay. I stand behind my original suggestions...they will make your power goal and none of them will break the bank.

that's a good plan...i have an SLS mini ram on my GSR and love it...between it and my GT3255b, it spools so fast. I get full boost (10psi) on the street ~3800rpm. Definitely something to look into further...

SC34 would do you good. i'm running an AFI miniram with a GT30 full boost by 3500. my buddy had an SC34 on his ride and it was a good *** turbo.

There are many different turbos that can make that particular hp. I really think that the SC61 is WAY too large for the purpose that you're trying to achieve. A 35R is also possible, but again, not necessary. Please PM me for more options if you'd like.

The package pricing is right on what it should be IMO. The manifold/dp/dump is $895 shipped and the turbo is somewhere in the $750 range w/ options. Also, they include a Tial wastegate so theres another $215. If nothing else, do what i did and get the turbo...i did not buy the package deal as listed in that link, but its basically what i have on my GSR.

Those "specials" are no longer available. Not only that, but they are totally mismatched for any honda application (came from a cancelled john deere order) due to the exhaust wheel. I don't recommend those in the slightest.
