this weekend my friends ride stop boosting the day before it was running fine just a more white smoke then usual was coming out of his exhuast. The next day the car wouldnt produce any boost pressure at all we check all hooses and clamps and there were no leaks finally yesterday it satrted boosting but now its smoking like crazy. Is this turbo blown???

 

Seals are most likely blown, also check for leaking at the wastegate and manifold.
