Default Turbo Almost Done! Need Advice

Ok ive been assembling the parts for a turbo set up on my little single cam and i need to be sure i have it all.

t-25
hf manifold w/adapter plate
dsm 450s and resistor box
phearable.net p28 chrome basemap
knock off type r blow-off valve
2.5" 5 bolt downpipe
random aquired charge piping from various places
dsm side mount intercooler
ngk bkr7e
tapped oil pan
tuner toys oil lines and oil take off
fresh oil change

am i missing anything other than a new clutch and better tires

and also how detrimental would it be to mount the side mount intercooler in the engine bay down low where the air box used to be, i know ive seen it before but does anyone have any numbers. im looking for somthing like 180-190 to the wheels, any thoughts, tips, concerns, feel free to comment

i would pick up a vacume manifold just to make life easy
that way all you instriments run off one source
and it looks clean IMO.

i was planning on going with a side mount when i first started to piece my kit together. ended up selling it before i even used it. however i had a fmic given to me so i can't complain.
what is your reasoning to go with a side mount?
stealth mode?
just pick up a front mount for the cooling advantage.
like i said one of my buddies ws going bigger on his 240 so i got mine for free.
just take your time and shop around.
my entire kit with tuning will be under $2000 after I'm done
and it's not a junk yard kit

yea around where i am an intercooler screams steal me even when there painted black, so the main reason was stealth and also it was given to me free from an eclipse guy who went bigger, right now with all the parts im at like 700 bucks so this is(or was supposed to be) definatley a low budget setup

ya the same for where i live
however to start my car it's like putting together a brain twister
so many theft deterrents that it's a bitch to have anyone work on my car
they all ways call me up after they are done and say... how do i start your car again?
and that is only one person that i let work on my car other than me
