look into the greddy kits and i think to pass you need to keep it at stock boost

i've run 17psi and passed emissions. Granted, they used my girls car and my registration. But i was still running 17psi

I have emissions but dont have to take off the turbo. I passsed with my turbo...this is why obd2 rocks.
