Please do some research before you ask such a question. Check the Forced Induction forum. Read. Read. Read.

Read up on how different trims and aspect ratios as well as different size turbos (T3, T04E, "T3/T4" hybrid, T04B, 14B, etc) are going to behave. Maybe a little tiny DSM would be best for you, maybe a big T04B will. Journal bearing or dual ball bearing?
Research different manifold designs. A cast log type will behave different than a top mount and the prices vary a LOT. About $200-2000
Tuning? Chrome, Hondata or AEM EMS?
Full on build with forged pistons and sleeved block, add some ARP rod bolts and head studs, or just keep it all stock?
Running 91 Octane, E85, or C16 race gas and methanol injection?
Can you run stock ignition system, or have to upgrade to an expensive MSD setup?

Until you understand the differences in all of these, just wait. You'll just kick yourself for buying something you don't need or want or won't benefit your project. You can start by determining your HP goal. From there you can figure out the rest. Adding 15 hp more will be a lot different than adding 500 hp.

The best turbo kit for your LS is whichever turbo kit (either bought as a whole or assembled in pieces) that fits your goals and budget. To figure out which setup works best for you, start in the FAQ at the top of the Forced Induction forum. Read and learn, then you will be able to make an informed decision.
