i got my 92 accord turboed it has a 96 motor in it is there anybody that lives around beliot or janesville wisconsin that would be able to look at my car and help me out my wastegate isant working properly so now i think i have and intake leak any body have that before and how did you fix it replys would be great

 

can you give more detailed on the problem. what exactly isnt working? is the wastegate not opening? what wastegate are you using? how are the vacuum lines routed.

the waste gate is not opening and im not sure how to run the vacum lines there are two vacum lines on the waste gate it is a evo 3 turbo from ebay

 

when i drive it now it dosent built up pressure and it sounds like a intake leak or intake gasket leak

 

first off, if the car isnt tuned then DO NOT boost.

i assume that turbo has an internal gate. the nipple on the wastegate needs to be supplied a boost source. if you have a fitting on the compressor cover then use that, if not run a line to somewhere on the intake manifold.

as far as the leaking sound you are hearing, check all of your charge pipes and make sure there are no vacuum leaks.
