Default Installing motor with or without manifold

When you guys are installing your motors....
Do you install them with the Manifold and Turbo bolted up?
OR Have them removed, and then install once the motor is in?

if u dont have ac id say u could put it in all as one, but its not hard to put it in after motors installed. honestly took me 15 mins max to put manifold on then turbo with engine in car.
