turbo ???

i boosted my civic but wat do i do with that little piece that went to the stock air box? its like a 2 an is metal

do you mean your valve cover breather? If so just put a filter on the valve cover and choose what you want to do about a new PCV system. Search for "Official PCV" for that

its not on the valve cover its that metal black piece that was in the stock airbox right now its hanging loose and im having vacuum problems

Does it have wires coming off of it? I don't really know OBD2, but I think there is a sensor that people sometimes have to have a fitting made for in their charge pipe (IAT or something). Good luck.

i got it running after one day of work but now its throwing a code P1365
Ignition Coil Secondary Circuit Failure
you would'nt happen to know how to fix that would you
