I have just got my turbo and new motor put together. I am going to run the afc hack, 450 injectors, 255 pump for the fuel set up on a Ls Drag kit. I know that i can start at -40% across the board on the afc and it will give me a starting point for the a/f ratio, but what about timing. I am going to keep boost limited with the wastegate to 6.5 for now until the new motor gets some miles on it, but needed to know what a safe timing setting would be until i could get some miles on it and get it on the dyno. Also what is a safe a/f ratio for a turboed Ls. I have built a couple of motors, but this will be my first time really tunning a turboed car and i dont want to make that expensive mistake. Does anyone know where i can get some good documentation on ignition timing and how to tune?
