Default Tuning Problem

i recently installed my turbo into my d16y7 99 civic, i ran in in limp mode for awhile, but now i have missing link, but im missing the tune job. i kno runnnin a turbo without a tune is basically the riskiest thing besides 36 psi w/ stock internals, but im runnnin about 2psi, and i cant find a good cheap engine control unit, also cant find a good dynotuning shop in north california, any advice?
