Default tuning with no exhaust?

i currently am running a drag III turbo kit on my b16 with hondata 2b. i have the stock exhaust on still but want to upgrade it for more power but i dont wanna spend the money on it....here's what my idea is..i wanna take off the stock exhaust and run only the downpipe at the track and get it tuned at a shop like this. then when im back on the street i'll re-attach the stock exhaust. if i get the car tuned with no exhaust will it run a lot more rich when the stock exhaust is put back on? would it be driveable if the tuning was meant for no exhaust but i drove around with an exhaust? and the second question is...if i only have the first o2 sensor plugged in and not the one that goes into the cat, will i get a cel (check engine light), the car is obd1. and one last question, can somone explain how i can get the car tuned to run 8psi on the street and 10 psi at the track. can this be done with hondata and not having to switch between chips..if someone could go into the tuning process in depth i would really appreciate it.thanks for all the help guys.

just tune it with a different chip, then switch them, one for exhaust which you already have.. and one for no exhaust - for the track

i think theres a way to burn more than one program on same chip, but you'd need more than 2b to be able to switch

as i mentioned before, you can have more than one program on the same chip, but you can not switch between these unless you have the complete dealer stage 4b or s200 with whatever needed. my suggestion is to tune your car for no exhaust, and switch between 2 chips.
