Tuned Finally!!
Took the heap over to Ed at Balanced Performance in Atlanta. Here's the setup and what happened.
-STOCK B16 - ITR intake manifold
-Inline Pro Mani
-Tial 38mm controlled by Profec B
-Garrett T03/04e .54/.63
-DSM 450's
-UBERDATA
The Uberdata base map on 7 psi was good for 219whp/155ft.lb.
Got the fuel corrected and got:
235 whp/158 ft.lb. @ 7 psi
299 whp/199 ft.lb. @ 11 psi
When I pieced the kit together I had 275 in mind so I am quite satisfied. It is not really a torque monster but I never intended it to be. Ed didn't want to push the stock block much more, and my injectors were struggling to make that. I don't think I have been that nervous about anything in a long time. I just knew it was going to blow all to **** on the dyno! Only had one scary thing happen...boost controller dip-switches were not correct on the first high boost run. It spiked to 20 psi immediately. Before Ed could get out of the throttle it made 276 @ 4600 rpm!

Yeah, I was still happy. If it would have been 10 degrees cooler I would have hit 300+. I am going to change to a 3-bar map on 12-14 lbs and try again. But for now...it is a lot of fun to drive.
