This stuff is as bad as crap. Major props for the guy who done it. I am sure that he probably went through a couple of boxes of advil liquigels for all of the headaches that he might of had. But I really like this. Yall guys need to check it out. Go ahead and flame him but he has got all of my respect.

It's dumb. Why do something harder, to spool slower and make less power?
I don't care if it's original, or different. You don't pull up to a light and say "I bet if we floor it, my car will be more different than yours."
The winner wins. End of story. Slow is bad. Slow, expensive, and difficult is very bad.

What says that it will spool slower. He has a nitrous kit to help that out even if it does spool slow. And who says it is gonna be slow either. And expensive. Well if u would have actually looked at the thread and read through u would have noticed that he said that he spent about $350 for the turbo kit. Since when was that expensive for a turbo kit?
But i cant say that i didnt ask for flames. But if u didnt even bother to look at the link then dont go talkin like u actully know what he did and how well it is goin to perform.

Re: (civic2nr9177)
yeah besides i think he said it spooled up decently due to being little ihi turbos
i personally would of taken the twin turbo, but ditched the nitrous, oh well to each his own

I'm sure it spooled fine with the nitrous and the little turbos. However, if you had read my post, you would see that I didn't say "slow," I said "SLOWER." Meaning, relative to a single turbo setup on the same car, twins will spool up SLOWER than a single. Don't even try to debate this, it's a fact of life. The belief that twins spool faster than singles is a myth.
If you set up a single turbo and twins to spool the same, the twins will make less power, or at least be capable of less maximum power.
I don't care how much he spent on it, again my point is that it was MORE EXPENSIVE than if he had just bought one turbo, and only had to build one manifold/collector, and only needed one intercooler pipe. It would have been cheaper.
