Default Torque For ARP Head studs on O-Ring Block

Hey guys here is what im building
GE sleeved 83mm GSR block with O-rings
99 B16 Head
ARP 2000 Headstuds

im wondering since my block is o-ring is the final torque any different than 75lbs? im not wanting to crush anything that doesnt need to be
