Default Top mount or Ramhorn

Hey guys need some good advice. I'm trying to decide which manifold I should go with this is my build:

Head: B16
Stock port/no port work
Stock b17 camshafts
GE gears
Supertech 85lbs dual valve springs
Ferrea 5000 series flat face valves o.e size
Edlebrock victor x

Block: 81.5mm Gsr
Ls crank
Ls Manley rods
Ls Wiesco pistons 9.7:1

The turbo I'm using is a precision 6262 .70 a/r cold .82 a/r hot T3 housing. Everything is pretty much together, just taking my time. Also I didnt list everything like fuel, other supporting mods, etc, I'm pretty sure those are not needed to get an answer. I pretty much have the general idea that top mounts help spool bigger turbos quicker but for my case I don't see a justified reason on a medium size one, especially since I'll only be going for ~650 after making the proper changes. For now I'm aiming for 400-460whp I might even go over 550 later down the road as this is a street car and probably either be competing (for fun) in either 11.50 or 10.5 index class. Thanks for any info

Please check the FAQs for the title, "is this manifold right for me?".. you can then see the choices and pros and cons.
