Default too rich

a few days ago after 10 minutes of street tuning my fullbuilt gsr turbo motor..i blew a head gasket. (forgot the dowel pins) i know i know
i put a new gasket in. with dowel pins..
i bled the coolant. gave it alittle oil.
but now the when i turn the car on the wide band says 15.1 ish for only 10 seconds and then quickly lowers to flat 10 (too rich) plugs are black when pulled. nothing else changed..i dont get it. i tapped the gas peddle and it hesitates and feels as though theres too much load like something is gonna break.
timing? ..any suggestions? i serioulsy am about to set this on fire

the bottom hose is going to the bov. the other from the T goes to the top of the throttle body, the 3rd from the T goes to the evap sensor selonoid to the left. the bottom of that selonoid thing goes to the back of the IM. is this wrong? should i leave the TB off?
