Default Too much boost without an intercooler?

WHat's up guys I have a 91 prelude si (b20a5 engine) and I just picked up all of my turbo stuff. My question is how much boost is too much on a non intercooled car? I have a 14b turbo (1st gen dsm) and I was planning on running 7 psi with SAFC, 440cc injectors, and 255lph fuel pump as fuel delivery. I want the most reliable power out of this thing but do you think 7psi is too much for non intercooled?

This same exact question was answered about 3 days ago, do a search and you will find it. I believe it was the same exact car too.
0psi is the max you should run w/out an intercooler if your trying to "maximize" your set-up.
