Default to4b vs. to4e

I just went to the dyno and after changing my compressor from a t-3 60-1 to a to4b I lost 2 peak hp and 15tq. Most people who I know that run a t3/to4e make really good #'s but I don't hear a lot about running a t3/to4b. Is the to4b that much worse than a to4e? I can't really find any info explaining the difference between them.

These turbos generally only came with the older revhard stage 2 kits, but most people ditch them for teh t3/to4e for more power potential and greater compressor flow
