timing on nitrous set up?
I just finished building a gsr with ITR pistons and a 7lb flywheel, I'm new to the nitrous seen I have a zex wet kit with a 75 shot that I want to put on after the break-in so my question is do I have to retard the timing and if so how much or can I just throw on an fmu?

Re: timing on nitrous set up? (suprgato)
An FMU has nothing to do with timing.
If you can control the nitrous via ECU/standalone, or control ignition timing anyway, you will find that you need to take a lot more timing out in the lower rpms. I'd start at (typical figures, your results can and most probably will vary) 8 degrees @ 3000 rpm and taper up to 3 degrees @ revlimit, see what that does for you.
